Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Coat cauliflower florets in egg whites, then cover in almond meal, and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake in the oven for 20 minutes, optionally sprinkling with salt and pepper.
- Prepare the sauce by mixing buffalo sauce, mayo, honey, rice vinegar, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- After 20 minutes, remove the cauliflower and increase the oven temperature to 450°F.
- Coat the baked cauliflower in the sauce and return to the baking sheet.
- Bake for an additional 5-7 minutes until crispy and lightly browned.
- Serve immediately.
