Buffalo Cauliflower Wings

Ingredients

  • 1 large head cauliflower
  • 1 egg egg
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Wash and chop the cauliflower into various sizes of florets.
  3. Whisk the egg in a small bowl.
  4. Add the cauliflower and egg to a large ziplock bag and shake until evenly coated.
  5. In another small bowl, mix the almond flour, garlic powder, and salt.
  6. Add the flour mixture to the cauliflower and shake well until evenly coated.
  7. Place the cauliflower in a flat layer on the baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes or until lightly brown.
  8. Remove from the oven and let cool for 5 minutes.
  9. Pour the buffalo sauce over the cauliflower and toss to coat.
  10. Broil for 5 minutes, watching closely to prevent burning.
