Buffalo Cauliflower Wings

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 450°F and line two large baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Whisk together the flour, cornstarch, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and salt in a large bowl.
- Add water and whisk until smooth, then stir in the cauliflower florets to coat.
- Lift the florets out of the batter, allowing excess to drip back, and arrange in a single layer on the baking sheets.
- Bake for 10 minutes, then carefully flip the florets and bake for another 10 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and brush with buffalo sauce, then bake for an additional 12 to 15 minutes until dark and crisp.
- Brush with more buffalo sauce before serving, optionally with ranch dressing for dipping.
