Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C) and prepare a baking sheet.
- Remove florets from the cauliflower and chop them into smaller pieces.
- In a bowl, whisk together the flour, cornstarch, vegan milk, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder to make the batter.
- In a separate bowl, place the breadcrumbs.
- Toss the cauliflower in the batter mixture to coat, then transfer to the breadcrumbs to coat completely.
- Place the coated cauliflower on the baking sheet with space between each piece.
- Bake for 22 minutes.
- While baking, whisk the sauce ingredients together in a small pot and bring to a boil for 2-3 minutes.
- Remove the wings from the oven, toss them in the sauce, and return to the baking sheet.
- Bake for an additional 5 minutes, then serve immediately.
