Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 450°F.
- In a bowl, mix flour, vegan milk, ½ teaspoon salt, ½ teaspoon ground black pepper, garlic powder, ½ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes, hot sauce, and cheese.
- Remove florets from the cauliflower and chop into bite-sized pieces.
- Toss the cauliflower in the mixture until well coated.
- Season panko bread crumbs with remaining salt, ground black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
- Coat the cauliflower in the panko bread crumbs.
- Spread the coated cauliflower on a greased baking sheet and spray with cooking spray.
- Bake for 22-25 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and serve immediately, optionally with a dipping sauce.
