Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 450°F (232°C).
- Slice the cauliflower into large pieces or nugget size.
- Make the crispy coating by mixing cornmeal, bread crumbs, ground hemp seeds (or almond flour), parsley, and garlic powder in a shallow dish.
- Prepare the batter by combining almond flour, buffalo sauce, soda water, and baking powder until mixed.
- Dip each cauliflower piece in the batter, then coat it in the crispy mixture, and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake for about 25 minutes, then drizzle hot sauce over the cauliflower pieces and flip them to coat both sides.
- Return to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes until crispy.
- Serve fresh with vegan ranch dressing and vegetables.
