Buffalo Cauliflower Wings

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 450°F and line two large baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, cornstarch, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and salt. Add the water and whisk until smooth.
- Add the cauliflower florets to the batter and stir to coat.
- Lift the cauliflower out of the batter, allowing excess to drip back into the bowl, and arrange in a single layer on the baking sheets.
- Bake for 10 minutes, then carefully flip the florets and bake for another 10 minutes, swapping the pans on the oven racks.
- Remove from the oven and brush with some Buffalo sauce. Bake for an additional 12 to 15 minutes until dark and crisp.
- Remove from the oven and brush with more Buffalo sauce. Serve with Vegan Ranch if desired.
