Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 450°F and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the milk, flour, garlic powder, and olive oil until smooth.
- Add the cauliflower florets to the bowl and stir to coat them with the batter.
- Transfer the coated florets to another bowl, shaking off excess batter, then add panko breadcrumbs and toss to coat.
- Place the coated florets on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer and bake for 15 minutes.
- Remove from the oven, drizzle with Buffalo wing sauce, and toss to coat.
- Return to the oven and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes until crispy.
