Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 450°F.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Wash the cauliflower and break it into small florets.
- In a bowl, whisk together the gluten-free flour, garlic powder, black pepper, paprika, and salt.
- Add the dairy-free milk and whisk until smooth.
- Dip each cauliflower floret into the mixture and place them on the baking sheet, ensuring they are spaced apart.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and dip each floret into the Buffalo sauce, then return them to the baking sheet.
- Bake for another 20 minutes.
- Remove from the oven, garnish with green onions or chives, and serve with ranch dressing.
