Ingredients

The wings

  • 1 large head cauliflower
  • 1 cup gluten-free flour
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup Buffalo sauce of choice
  • 1 cup dairy free milk of choice

Garnish

  • to taste green onions or chives
  • to taste ranch dressing

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 450°F.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Wash the cauliflower and break it into small florets.
  4. In a bowl, whisk together the gluten-free flour, garlic powder, black pepper, paprika, and salt.
  5. Add the dairy-free milk and whisk until smooth.
  6. Dip each cauliflower floret into the mixture and place them on the baking sheet, ensuring they are spaced apart.
  7. Bake for 20 minutes.
  8. Remove from the oven and dip each floret into the Buffalo sauce, then return them to the baking sheet.
  9. Bake for another 20 minutes.
  10. Remove from the oven, garnish with green onions or chives, and serve with ranch dressing.
