Healthy Buffalo Cauliflower Dip

Instructions
- Soak the cashews in warm water for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F and spray an 8x8 inch baking dish with cooking spray.
- In a food processor, blend the steamed cauliflower, soaked cashews, drained chickpeas, hot sauce, water, lemon juice, nutritional yeast, onion powder, and garlic powder until smooth.
- Transfer the mixture to the baking dish, cover with foil, and bake for 20 minutes.
- Remove the foil, turn the oven to broil, and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Serve warm with chips or veggies for dipping.
