Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180C/350F and grease two 9-inch springform pans.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, arrowroot powder, cocoa powder, coconut sugar, baking soda, and salt.
- Add the canola oil, eggs, and vanilla extract, then mix until fully combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pans and bake for 35-40 minutes, or until a skewer comes out mostly clean.
- Let the cakes cool completely before frosting and stacking them.
