Vegan Chocolate Chip Walnut Cookies

Instructions
- Whip aquafaba with brown and white sugar until peaks form.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Blend in vanilla and vegan butter until combined.
- Mix in white whole wheat flour, all purpose flour, baking powder, and salt until just combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips and walnuts.
- Scoop about 2 tablespoons of dough onto a baking sheet and flatten slightly.
- Bake for 10-14 minutes until lightly golden.
- Cool and store in an airtight container if not serving immediately.
