Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180C/350F and grease a baking dish.
- Combine the filling ingredients in a large bowl and bake for 10-15 minutes.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients for the biscuit topping, then add the egg, melted butter, and heavy cream, mixing until combined.
- Remove the baking dish from the oven and spoon the biscuit topping over the blueberries.
- Bake again for 15-20 minutes or until the topping is golden brown.
- Let it cool for 5 minutes before serving.
