Healthy Blueberry Cobbler

Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- 2. In a large bowl, mix the blueberries, maple syrup, lemon juice, and vanilla. Add the arrowroot starch and toss the blueberries.
- 3. Spoon the berries into an 8x8 inch pan, leaving the juice behind in the mixing bowl.
- 4. In another bowl, mix the oats, walnuts, almond flour, and salt.
- 5. Stir in the maple syrup, coconut oil, and vanilla until well combined.
- 6. Spread the cobbler topping over the blueberries until most of the berries are covered.
- 7. Bake in the oven for 40-45 minutes or until the topping is golden brown.
- 8. Let cool for 15 minutes before serving. Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
