Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (176 degrees C) and grease an 8×8 baking dish.
- In a large bowl, mix the blueberries, Besti, and lemon zest, then arrange in the bottom of the baking dish.
- In a food processor, combine almond flour, Besti, baking powder, and sea salt until uniform.
- Add the cold butter and pulse until crumbly.
- Add the egg, cream, and vanilla, then pulse until combined.
- Drop dollops of the topping over the blueberries, covering most but leaving some spots uncovered.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until the filling is bubbly and the top is golden brown.
