Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- In a large bowl, combine the blackberries, lemon juice, and sweetener. Sprinkle gelatin over the mixture and mix well.
- Transfer the berry mixture to the bottom of an 8x8 inch baking pan.
- Melt the coconut oil in a separate bowl, then stir in the vanilla extract.
- Add almond flour, sweetener, baking powder, and sea salt to the melted oil. Mix until crumbly.
- Crumble the topping over the berries, leaving some berries exposed.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the top is golden. Let it rest for at least 10 minutes before serving.
