Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180C/350F and lightly grease a baking dish.
- Mix the filling ingredients in a bowl and pour into the baking dish.
- Bake the filling for 10 minutes.
- In a separate bowl, mix the cobbler topping ingredients until combined.
- Remove the filling from the oven and sprinkle the topping over it.
- Return to the oven and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve immediately.
