Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350ºF.
- Slice the zucchini into ½-inch thick coins and then cut them in half to make half-moon shapes.
- Transfer the zucchini to a baking sheet and pour marinara sauce over the top, ensuring all pieces are coated.
- Spread the coated vegetables in a single layer on the baking sheet.
- Bake in the oven for 20 minutes.
- Flip the zucchini and continue cooking for an additional 5 to 10 minutes until tender.
- Remove from the oven and serve warm, topped with cheese and any additional toppings.
