Bacon Guacamole

Instructions
- Cook the bacon according to package directions, then allow it to cool and crumble it.
- In a medium bowl, mash the avocados to your desired consistency.
- Add lime juice and cumin to the mashed avocados, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Gently stir in the chopped onion, garlic, chipotle chiles, tomato, and cilantro.
- Cover the guacamole with plastic wrap directly on the surface and refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Stir in the crumbled bacon just before serving.
