Ingredients

  • 3 pieces avocados
  • ½ lime juiced
  • a few pinches none Kosher salt
  • ½ onion diced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 2 pieces roma tomatoes, diced
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 clove garlic, minced/finely chopped (optional)
  • to taste none freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. 1. Mash the avocados until chunky.
  2. 2. Add the remaining ingredients and stir to achieve your desired consistency.
  3. 3. Serve with tortilla chips or bell pepper strips.
