The guacamole

Instructions
- Slice the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a mixing bowl.
- Add the garlic, red onion, lime juice, salt, black pepper, and cilantro to the bowl.
- Mash the avocado and mix the ingredients with a fork or potato masher to your desired consistency.
- Taste and adjust seasoning with more cilantro, lime juice, salt, or pepper as needed, then serve.
