Instructions
- Cut the avocados in half and remove the pit.
- Scoop the avocado flesh into a large bowl and mash it with a fork until smooth.
- Add lime juice, salt, garlic (if using), red onion, cilantro, and jalapeño to the bowl.
- Mix and mash the ingredients together until well combined.
- Taste and adjust seasoning with more lime juice or salt if needed.
- Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 72 hours.
