Instructions
- Cut the avocados in half and remove the skin.
- Chop the avocados and place them in a medium bowl.
- Mash the avocados to your desired consistency.
- Sprinkle with salt and add the remaining ingredients.
- Stir the mixture to combine well.
- Serve with chips or vegetable strips.
- To store, place in an airtight container, press down with a spoon, pour a thin layer of water on top, and cover.
- When ready to serve, pour off the water, stir, and transfer to a serving bowl.
