Ingredients

  • 4 medium avocados
  • ¼ cup chopped tomatoes
  • 1-2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
  • ½ – 1 chopped jalapeno
  • ½ cup chopped onions
  • to taste salt

Instructions

  1. Cut the avocados in half and remove the pits.
  2. Scoop out the avocado into a medium bowl.
  3. Toss the avocado with lime juice.
  4. Add salt and mash the avocado until smooth.
  5. Fold in the remaining ingredients and mix well.
  6. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
