Instructions
- 1. Mix all dry ingredients together in one bowl, including vanilla powder.
- 2. Lightly beat the eggs and combine with Greek yogurt, oil, lemon zest, and juice.
- 3. Mix the wet ingredients until well blended.
- 4. Combine wet mixture with dry mixture and mix just enough to blend.
- 5. Fold in the cherries gently to avoid overmixing.
- 6. Sprinkle the tops with granola.
- 7. Bake at 350°F for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
