Easy Baked Cod with Butter & Garlic

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400ºF.
- In a small bowl, mix the butter, olive oil, garlic, paprika, salt, and parsley until smooth.
- Place the cod fillets in a baking dish and spread the garlic butter mixture over them.
- Slice half of the lemon and place the slices on top of the fish; cut the remaining half into wedges for serving.
- Bake the cod for 15-20 minutes until it flakes easily and reaches an internal temperature of 145ºF.
- Serve immediately with the baked lemon slices and wedges.
