Instructions
- Rinse the mushrooms in a strainer with cold water and dry them with a towel.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the mushrooms to the skillet and season with salt.
- Sauté the mushrooms for 10-15 minutes, stirring minimally.
- Remove the mushrooms when they are glossy and the moisture has evaporated.
- For crispier mushrooms, increase the heat and sauté for an additional 1-2 minutes.
