Savory Vegan Pistachio Cheese Spread

Wonderful Pistachios No Shells Lightly Salted, crushed
Instructions
- Soak the No Salt pistachios and sunflower seeds in cold water for 12 to 36 hours.
- Drain the nuts and seeds, then blend them with garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, water, nutritional yeast, salt, and olive oil until smooth.
- Scoop the mixture into cheesecloth, twist to secure, and refrigerate overnight or for at least 6 hours to set.
- Serve by wrapping the cheese around grapes and rolling in crushed pistachios.
