Instructions
- Combine the grated Parmesan cheese, olive oil, and white wine in a jar or bowl.
- Stir gently until the mixture comes together.
- Press the cheese down into a flat surface.
- Drizzle with a layer of olive oil to help preserve it.
- Refrigerate and use within a few weeks.
- When ready to serve, scoop out some spread and mix in any optional add-ins.
