Instructions
- Cut the potatoes into ½-inch thick wedges and soak them in cold water for at least 20 minutes.
- Drain and pat the potatoes dry, then toss them with olive oil and seasonings in a large bowl.
- For the oven method, preheat the oven to 425°F (218°C) and arrange the fries on a rack over a baking sheet. Bake for 45-55 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- For the air fryer method, preheat the air fryer to 400°F (204°C) and cook the fries in a single layer for 16-20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
