Instructions
- Slice the potatoes into ¼-inch-thick matchsticks.
- Soak the fries in cold water for at least 20 minutes, then drain and pat dry.
- Preheat the air fryer to 385°F (196°C).
- Toss the fries with olive oil, garlic powder, sea salt, and black pepper in a large bowl.
- Place the fries in a single layer in the air fryer basket, working in batches if necessary.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
- Optionally, reheat all fries in the air fryer for an additional 2-3 minutes to crisp up.
