Instructions
- Soak the potato sticks in a bowl of cold water for 30 minutes, then drain and pat dry.
- Preheat the air fryer to 380°F.
- In a large bowl, combine the potatoes with vegetable oil, onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Stir well to coat the potatoes evenly.
- Spread the potatoes in a single layer in the air fryer and cook for 15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
