Ingredients

  3. Drain the potatoes, pat them dry, and place them in a bowl.
  4. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and garlic powder, then toss to coat.
  5. Arrange the potato slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  6. Cook at 375ºF for 10 minutes, then shake the basket and cook for an additional 5 minutes until golden and crisp.
  7. Serve warm immediately.
