Air Fryer French Fries

Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375ºF.
- Slice the potatoes into french fry shapes, about ¼-inch thick, and soak them in warm water for 10 minutes.
- Drain the potatoes, pat them dry, and place them in a bowl.
- Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and garlic powder, then toss to coat.
- Arrange the potato slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook at 375ºF for 10 minutes, then shake the basket and cook for an additional 5 minutes until golden and crisp.
- Serve warm immediately.
