Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 190C/380F.
- Scrub and clean the potatoes, then slice them into ¼-inch fries.
- In a mixing bowl, drizzle the fries with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Place a single layer of the seasoned potatoes in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- If the fries aren't fully cooked, continue cooking until done.
- Repeat the process until all the fries are cooked.
