Instant Pot Shrimp

Instructions
- Pour chicken stock into the bottom of the Instant Pot and insert the trivet.
- Place a ceramic bowl on the trivet and add the shrimp to the bowl.
- Sprinkle garlic over the shrimp and add pieces of butter around them.
- Secure the lid on the Instant Pot and set it to Manual Low Pressure for 1 minute.
- Once the cooking time is complete, carefully Quick Release the pressure and remove the lid.
- Carefully take out the ceramic bowl from the Instant Pot.
- Sprinkle salt over the shrimp, toss to coat, and serve immediately.
