Instant Pot Shrimp

Ingredients

  • 1 cup chicken stock or shrimp stock
  • 1 pound shrimp
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons butter, cut into 4 equal pieces
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Pour chicken stock into the bottom of the Instant Pot and insert the trivet.
  2. Place a ceramic bowl on the trivet and add the shrimp to the bowl.
  3. Sprinkle garlic over the shrimp and add pieces of butter around them.
  4. Secure the lid on the Instant Pot and set it to Manual Low Pressure for 1 minute.
  5. Once the cooking time is complete, carefully Quick Release the pressure and remove the lid.
  6. Carefully take out the ceramic bowl from the Instant Pot.
  7. Sprinkle salt over the shrimp, toss to coat, and serve immediately.
