Stupid Easy Chicken Fried Rice

Instructions
- Heat the oil in a large wok over medium high heat.
- Add the onions, celery, and bell peppers with a sprinkle of salt, and sauté until softened.
- Add the broccoli florets and sugar snap peas, and sauté for 30 seconds.
- Add the cooked chicken, rice, and bean sprouts, followed by the tamari, fish sauce, and sesame oil.
- Stir well until the chicken and rice are heated through.
- Serve garnished with toasted sesame seeds and sliced green onions.
