Peppermint Mocha Protein Energy Bites

Instructions
- Combine the protein powder, agave, almond butter, cocoa, instant coffee, and peppermint extract in a bowl until well mixed.
- Refrigerate the mixture for 15-20 minutes to firm it up.
- While the mixture firms, crush the peppermints into small pieces.
- Remove the dough from the fridge and roll 1 tablespoon of dough into balls.
- Coat the dough balls in the crushed peppermints.
- Place the coated balls back in the fridge for another 10-15 minutes to firm up.
- Enjoy the bites!
