Instructions
- Blend the chocolate and espresso beans in a food processor.
- Transfer the mixture into a large bowl and add all remaining ingredients, mixing well.
- Roll the mixture into bite-sized balls.
- Coat the bites with extra cocoa powder or protein powder if desired.
- Freeze or refrigerate to maintain freshness.
