Instructions
- Blend dates, applesauce, almond milk, vanilla, and peppermint in a food processor until pureed.
- Add coconut flour, brown rice protein (if using), and cacao powder, then blend until a dough forms.
- Adjust consistency with more coconut flour or almond milk as needed.
- Stir in cacao nibs and roll the mixture into about 15 bites.
- Store in the refrigerator or freezer.
