No-Bake Fudgy Chocolate Cake Bites

Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Blend the pitted dates in a food processor until a ball forms.
- Add almond flour, coconut flour, and cacao powder to the food processor and blend until a fine meal is achieved.
- Mix the dates back in with vanilla extract, maple syrup, and coconut cream until a tacky dough forms.
- Scoop out 1 ½ Tbsp of dough and roll into balls, placing them on the baking sheet.
- Freeze the balls for 10 minutes.
- Prepare the glaze by mixing all glaze ingredients in a bowl until combined.
- Dip each cake bite into the glaze and place back on the parchment paper to dry.
- Return the glazed bites to the freezer to set for another 10 minutes.
- Enjoy or store leftovers in the refrigerator or freezer.
