Instructions
- Sift together almond flour and coconut flour, then combine with cocoa powder and coconut sugar in a bowl.
- Add almond butter and mix the ingredients well.
- Gradually add maple syrup while mixing to form a dough, then stir in amaretto, almond extract, vanilla, and sea salt.
- If the batter is too runny, add more almond flour; if too dry, add more maple syrup or almond butter.
- Roll the mixture into 1-1.5 inch balls and place them on a tray lined with parchment paper.
- Melt dark chocolate chips and coconut oil in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between.
- Drizzle or coat the cake bites in the melted chocolate.
- Sprinkle with powdered sugar or coconut sugar if desired.
- Freeze for 20-30 minutes, then transfer to a sealed container for storage.
