Instructions
- Combine all dry ingredients in a large bowl.
- Mix in the almond butter, followed by the melted chocolate, maple syrup (or honey), and extracts.
- Mix thoroughly, using your hands if necessary, and roll into bite-sized balls.
- Place the balls in the freezer to harden.
- Once hardened, roll the bites in extra cocoa powder and coconut sugar if desired.
- Store in the freezer or refrigerator to maintain freshness.
