Instructions
- Process the dates in a food processor until crumbly.
- Add almond flour, cacao powder, salt, and vanilla; process until a sticky batter forms.
- Line a pan with parchment paper and press the batter into the pan evenly.
- Freeze the pan while preparing the frosting.
- Mix cacao powder, maple syrup, almond butter, and melted coconut oil in a bowl until smooth.
- Spread the frosting over the brownies and smooth it out.
- Freeze for at least 20 minutes before serving.
