Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350ºF and grease a mini muffin tin.
- In a food processor, combine the dates and water, processing until they form a paste.
- Add almond butter, ground flax, cacao powder, baking soda, vanilla, and vinegar, and process until a sticky dough forms.
- Scoop the dough into the greased mini muffin tin, flattening the tops with wet fingers.
- Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until the tops look dry.
- Let the brownies cool completely in the pan before removing.
