Instructions
- Blend all the spices until pureed.
- Add the goat meat to a pot with about 7-8 cups of water.
- Bring to a boil and simmer until the goat is tender.
- Discard the bay leaf and add water if necessary.
- Add the plantains and cook for about 20 more minutes.
- Adjust the seasonings and thickness to taste, then serve warm.
