Instructions
- Boil goat meat with salt, pepper, bouillon powder, and some chopped onions until tender, adding minimal water.
- Remove the goat meat and place it on a lined baking tray to broil for about 10 minutes, rotating occasionally until brown.
- In a large skillet, heat oil and add onions, garlic, and ginger, stirring for about a minute.
- Add tomatoes, white pepper, paprika, green onions, curry powder, scotch bonnet pepper, and bouillon to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes.
- Finally, add the broiled goat and bell pepper to the skillet, stirring for about 3 minutes and adjusting seasonings to taste.
- Serve warm.
