Instructions
- Combine all ginger sauce ingredients in a small bowl and stir until sugar dissolves.
- Marinate the pork slices in ginger juice and sake for about 10 minutes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook the marinated pork slices in a single layer for about one minute on each side until browned.
- Remove the pork and cook sliced onion in the same pan.
- Add the ginger sauce to the pan and let it thicken.
- Return the pork to the pan and coat it with the sauce.
- Serve the pork with shredded cabbage.
