Ingredients

The sauce

  • 2 tablespoons fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon mirin
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil

The meat

  • 200 grams thinly sliced pork

Instructions

  1. Prepare the ginger sauce by grating the ginger and combining it with soy sauce, mirin, and sugar in a bowl.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the pork slices and stir-fry for 1 to 2 minutes until no longer pink.
  4. Pour the ginger sauce over the pork and bring to a simmer.
  5. Cook until the sauce thickens and the pork is cooked through.
  6. Serve immediately with shredded lettuce and tomato, or steamed white rice.
