Ingredients
The smoothie base

unsweetened almond milk or milk of choice

mixed frozen blueberries or mixed berries

beet, peeled and diced (about 8 ounces)

frozen pineapple

plain nonfat Greek yogurt
Optional ingredients
1-2
teaspoons
honey (or agave for vegan)
to taste
chia seeds, hempseed, and/or ground flaxseed

tablespoons
oatmeal
Instructions
Combine almond milk, blueberries, beet, pineapple, and Greek yogurt in a high-speed blender.
Blend until smooth, adding honey if desired for sweetness.
Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 1 day.
