Chocolate Walnut Torte

Instructions
- 1. Pulse the chocolate in a food processor until coarse.
- 2. Briefly pulse in the walnuts until coarsely chopped.
- 3. In a large bowl, beat the egg yolks until pale, then gradually mix in the agave.
- 4. In another bowl, beat the egg whites to stiff peaks and mix in the salt.
- 5. Fold the chocolate-walnut mixture into the egg yolk mixture.
- 6. Gently fold the egg whites into the combined mixture.
- 7. Pour the batter into a greased 9-inch springform pan.
- 8. Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes, then turn off the oven and leave for an additional 10 minutes.
- 9. Cool in the pan before serving.
